Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • We currently do not accept returns on food items, as the safety and freshness of our products are our top priority.
    • However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error in fulfilling your order, we are happy to assist with a return or replacement.
  2. How to Request a Return:
    • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@marabusuvai.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
    • Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
    • We will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product if necessary.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items that have been opened, consumed, or are past their expiration date.

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds will be processed if you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Refunds are also available if you cancel your order before it has shipped.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • If the returned product is opened, damaged (other than shipping damage), or missing packaging, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the returned product.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you with the exchange process.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • We carefully pack all our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your product is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
